02Does it ever offer a discount?
No. No discounts, no payment plans, no exceptions. Anyone who asks is passed to you.
03What happens with a disputed invoice?
Chasing stops at once, and the dispute reaches you with the whole conversation.
04Does it issue the invoices?
Through your certified invoicing software (Moloni, InvoiceXpress, Vendus and others), so every invoice is issued by your certified software and stays in your records.
05What do you need to start?
Access to your invoicing tool, or simply last quarter's list of unpaid invoices as a spreadsheet.
06Can I approve messages before they go?
Yes, by default. Above an amount you set, messages always wait for your OK.
