What's the difference between an AI employee and a system?
An AI employee takes one job that many businesses share, like answering messages or chasing invoices, set up with your rules and tools. A custom system runs a whole process your way: several jobs, your tools and your team, wired together. We tell you which you need on the first call.
Do you only work with small businesses?
No. AI employees are made for small businesses; custom systems and training also suit bigger teams.
What exactly is an AI employee?
AI that does one job for your business, every day: answering customers, following up, chasing invoices. It works in your WhatsApp, email and tools, follows your rules and reports to you.
How does it start?
One call where you show us how you work and the job that eats your week. We set it up, connect your tools and test it on your real work: running in 2 weeks. Then a short report every Friday: what it did, and what needs you.
Will my customers know it's an AI?
Yes. It says so in its first message. Most people care more about a fast, right answer.
What happens when it doesn't know?
It asks you first. It follows your rules, and anything new, unsure or outside them, like a discount above your limit, comes to you before anything goes out.
Can it use my business's WhatsApp number?
In most cases, yes. Sometimes a separate number is safer, for example when that phone is also someone's personal WhatsApp. We tell you which before anything is installed.
What does it cost? Can I stop?
AI employees: from €449 a month per employee, plus setup from €1,499 once (prices + VAT); WhatsApp's own message fees above the agreed volume are passed on at cost; stop any month. Custom systems are quoted per process after one mapping call. Training and advisory are priced on a call.
